Blueback Herring

Rich won 1st Place in the Warmwater Fish Service Working class for the 2nd year in a row at the 2006 Great Lakes World Championships.  This 7.25" Blueback Herring is carved from Jersey cedar and is beautifully brush painted with artist oil paints.  It has painted copper fins and hand painted glass eyes.  Rich's Herring decoys are killer swimmers and several world class carvers use his Herrings for spearfishing since they are so effective.
